Mawenzi 2025 Race: Full highlights video, race and podium ceremony!

On 19th of January 2025, we had our 4th edition Mawenzi race. Apart from the traditional MTB race, we also added a gravel race and a fun ride option. With nearly 100 participants, the race was a success. Some of Kenya's best teams (like Safari Simbaz) participated, as well as David Kinjah - Kenya's most famous cyclist and Mombasa County Deputy Governor H.E. Francis Thoya. Not only the attendance was a success, participants also praised the beauty and challenge of the route plus the excellent organization - saying it was a lot of fun and one of the best organized races they have done in Kenya. Proceeds of the race go to charitable projects in the area so this race remains very much about the local community. Enjoy the video and see you in 2026 !! Bigger and better!
