Dick Emery - The Elegant Tramp
Another of my favourite Dick Emery clips. This was from 1973 and recorded on VCR around 1995 when early 70's episodes of Emery's series were aired on Australian television. Here, his posh homeless man tries in vain to get arrested so he can shelter for the night in a jail cell. It becomes a battle of wits when the desk sergeant (special guest star Windsor Davies of Carry On movie fame) has other ideas.
