Choco Ice Bar | RECIPE AND METHOD You can make them in just a few minutes and finish them in 30 seconds. These ice cream bars are irresistible! Ingredients: 200g dark chocolate 250ml whipping cream 125g condensed milk Vanilla Method: Melt the dark chocolate and divide it into several bags, 40g per bag. Melt the dark chocolate by immersing the bags in warm water. Coat the entire bag with the chocolate, using your hands. Now prepare the filling: mix the cold cream with the condensed milk until stiff, using an electric whisk, for 2-3 minutes. Now transfer the fillings to a Porsche bag and fill the bags. Seal them with the airtight seal and place them in the freezer.
