STOP DOING THIS!!

Nothing but bad things can happen when we let our back elbow immediately drop down into our side when we are swinging. It will cause us to either let our whole backside collapse, causing us to drop our hands and have a really bad upper cut at the ball or cause us to keep our hands tight to our body and never get to full extension throughout our swing. Neither of these are a habit we want to get into when swinging the bat. Instead, let’s think about hands going straight to the ball and making contact out in front of us so we can then be long pushing through to extension. So let’s keep those elbows away from dropping into our side and let’s hit some hard line drives!
