Setting Moonshot Goals

Kennedy said “We choose to go to the moon. We choose to go to the moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard, because that goal will serve to organize and measure the best of our energies and skills...” The thing is though he wasn't entirely sure how they were going to achieve that. This lofty goal even spawned a term, moon-shot, which is to plan or do something that seems almost impossible, a long-shot. We have somewhat lost that drive, especially when it comes to cyber security. We need to get back to the days of moon-shot goals, we need to invent, and we need to look far ahead to go on the offensive in cyber security.
