Como modernizar o sistema de justiça brasileiro? Desafios e propostas

Brazilian Supreme Court Chief Justice Edson Fachin has ordered the creation of a study group to oversee the modernization of the Justice System. The group is responsible for identifying structural challenges, evaluating national and international best practices, and developing proposals aimed at improving the delivery of justice. Until August 15th, all stakeholders in the Justice System are invited to submit proposals that will be included in a final report. To discuss the topic, presenter Flávia Metzker welcomes Fernando Facury Scaff—director and founder of the Center for Constitutional Studies of the STF and professor of Financial Law at the University of São Paulo—and Ney de Barros Bello Filho—rapporteur of the Study Group for the Modernization of the Brazilian Justice System, judge of the Federal Regional Court of the 1st Region, and professor of Law at the Federal University of Maranhão. #ModernizationOfTheJudiciary #STF #JusticeSystem
