Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust

Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust: Blend 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp onion powder. (Add other spices to your liking) Pour batter onto parchment lined pan bake for 20 min at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and top with your desired toppings. Place the pan back in the oven and cook an additional 5 mins at 350 degrees, then set the oven to broil and melt cheese. Allow to cool 10 to 15 minutes before slicing. #protein #healthyeating
