What I discovered shocked me. This town has one of the biggest farm markets in Osun State, where plantain, banana, pineapple, coconut, and other farm produce are traded in large quantities. But despite this richness, the reality of the community is painful. There is no steady electricity, no functional school, and no proper banking system. I also met locals who shared heartbreaking stories, including an abandoned bridge that has been left without repair for over 15 years, despite several government visits.
