I was thrilled to sit down with journalist and writer Amil Niazi to discuss her viral article for The Cut, "Midlife Crisis–ing in the End-times," and why it struck such a chord with millennials. (I, personally, think I’m responsible for a portion of the uptick in Cut subscriptions because I sent it to so many people lol). The article taps into a growing feeling that many millennials have quietly carried for years. Amil writes, “We’ve done exactly what we were told to do as far the “right way” to achieve success. We put our heads down, got good grades, went to college, and pursued our passions.” Despite this, however, many still feel financially unstable and uncertain in their career paths. It’s a lot!
