CBR 600RR Current Issue Explained: Any Suggestions??

2005 Hoda CBR 600RR. Bike sat for about 5-6 years because of a coolant leak. When we picked it up we found coolant leak and replaced some coolant hoses. Cleaned fuel tank out and replaced fuel pump in order to run it and bleed coolant. The bike ran for about 30 minutes while bleeding the coolant. Put correct battery in and changed the oil the next day and now it will not start unless starting fluid is sprayed and the bike runs until that is gone. All fuses and relays check out.
