Linden bark pot - A new method without folding

Bark pots around the globe are made by cutting squared pieces of bark and folding them into the appropriate shape. Especially birch is often used due to its flexible bark. Here we present a new method that uses non-flexible bark. Instead of folding, the bark is removed as a tube and plugged at the bottom with a section cut from the same pole, ensuring a perfect fit. Such pots are quickly made and very useful for storing food, liquid, and even cooking in survival situations.
