This practice is designed to help release. Gently unload what is stuck. We move, vibrate, caress, hug. We breathe, hum, place a hand on the body. We stimulate the parasympathetic system – the one that thinks about long-term health. We stimulate vagal tone and lengthen the ilio psoas muscle (hip joint). We learn to calm ourselves, gently, at a pace that suits us. Practice. And continue to choose – every day – a movement that heals. I am here with you, step by step, back to balance.
