Precisely when the storm calms down – the body begins to speak: Disturbed sleep, neck and jaw pain, urinary leakage, hormonal imbalance, exhaustion, silent anxiety that does not calm down. This practice is designed to help release. Gently unload what is stuck. We move, vibrate, caress, hug. We breathe, hum, place a hand on the body. We stimulate the parasympathetic system – the one that thinks about long-term health. We stimulate vagal tone and lengthen the ilio psoas muscle (hip joint). We learn to calm ourselves, gently, at a pace that suits us. Practice. And continue to choose – every day – a movement that heals. I am here with you, step by step, back to balance.
