Nach der Weltreise: Daniel über The Race, Eisbaden und depressive Rückfälle

Daniel is back! Over three years ago, he decided against therapy and instead cycled halfway around the world. Now he's back, and we talk to him about his absolute lows after his cycling trip – including recurring depression and social anxiety. How do you deal with it when those dark phases return and small tasks suddenly seem enormous? This episode is the first part of our series on depression. We want to look at how to live with this illness and whether it can be overcome once and for all. Daniel talks about his difficult time, his participation in The Race, and how he's trying to find new strength in Finland and through meditation. Feel free to let us know in the comments which tools help you unwind during difficult times! Why do we bully? Do we drink too much? Or: What does porn do to us? We're interested in questions that are important to all of us and are often only discussed superficially. "The Question" delves into situations and conversations that touch us, trigger something in us, or inspire us. We seek different perspectives and provide in-depth information. ---------- The Question on Facebook:   / diefrage   The Question on Instagram:   / diefrage_offiziell   The Question on TikTok:   / diefrage_offiziell   The Question as a podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/7Dg1kag...
