In Ciudad Valles, San Luis Potosí, we distributed scholarship cards to students and pensions to senior citizens and people with disabilities, as part of the Comprehensive Welfare Programs. We presented actions focused on guaranteeing the right to education and work: "Youth Writing the Future" and "Youth Building the Future," initiatives with which we will address the root causes of violence and insecurity. We announced social programs to boost productive activity, such as "Loans for Well-being," "Sowing Life," and guaranteed prices for basic goods. We announced that we will include sugarcane producers in San Luis Potosí in these benefits. In the Huasteca Potosina region, we will plant 100,000 hectares of fruit and timber trees, providing employment for 40,000 farmers. We want to leave this legacy for future generations and curb migration to the United States. We are undertaking these tasks to uplift the poorest and most vulnerable people; they must be given priority, we want them to have what they need. We will fulfill all our commitments; we will not fail the people of Mexico. We have the solution: end corruption and impunity. We will have the resources to address the existing inequalities. We will provide support like never before in the history of this country. We will draw the line between crime and law enforcement.
