76 Trombones (Willson) - Fiedler, Boston Pops
American composer Meredith Willson (1902-1984) was a musician, playwright and composer - and was best known for the book, words, and music for The Music Man (1962). This piece describes a hugely imaginative parade which included 76 trombones, and comparably over-the-top numbers of other instruments. Straight from the 1971 vinyl. For entertainment purposes only--I own nothing here.
