The e-bike has an assisted range of around 60 miles (100 km) and weighs 12.5 kg (~27.6 lbs). Additionally, an additional 40% off the electric bicycle will be given to campaign pledgers. On Indiegogo, the ADO Air Carbon folding e-bike is currently being crowdfunded. When the campaign was first unveiled in April, an electric bicycle was hinted at. The Indiegogo campaign has successfully surpassed its aim of HK$100,000 (~$12,800) with 31 days left, having raised nearly HK$1.34 million (~$171,800) from 87 backers. With a carbon fiber frame that makes the bike lighter at 12.5 kg (~27.6 lbs) and much easier to travel, the Air Carbon is said to fold in 15 seconds. With a 36V 9.6Ah battery and a 250W Bafang motor, the e-bike can provide assistance for up to 100km (around 60 miles). On the handlebar-mounted IPS color display, you can see your speed and the amount of battery life. In the event of theft, a Smart Connect module enables GPS monitoring on your phone. Additional features include a headlight, a taillight, puncture-proof tires, and hydraulic disc brakes.
