His romantic conquests allegedly included Jayne Mansfield, Anita Ekberg, Diana Dors, and even Princess Margaret. His passionate affair with Audrey Hepburn during the filming of "How to Steal a Million" resulted in heartbreak for both actors. Despite his illustrious career, O'Toole faced numerous health complications, including a misdiagnosis of stomach cancer and a battle with insulin-dependent diabetes.
