James Watt (1923-2014) was the last living elder of the 1948 Latter Rain Revival in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, CANADA The revival began in February 1948 and Jim Watt was asked to be one of the seven overseers/elders for the July 1948 Camp Meetings when curious folks from all around the world to witness this unique spiritual outpouring.
