The Boston Bruins announced today that the team has acquired forward JJ Peterka from the Utah Mammoth in exchange for Boston's 2026 first-round (23rd overall) draft pick and Florida's 2028 first-round draft pick. If Florida’s 2028 first-round pick falls within the top 10 following the results of the draft lottery, then Boston can choose to instead transfer Boston’s own unprotected 2029 first-round pick.
