Moise Brutus: His Inspirational Comeback Story
Moise Brutus is a triple amputee (caused by an October 2010 motorcycle accident) who is now in training for the 2016 Paralympic Games U.S. cycling team. This video about Moise was shown at the fourth annual Georgia Legislative Policy Forum on October 11, 2013. Moise was a panelist to discuss Patient-Centered Medicaid Reform.
