⛈️ REM train ride with stormy skies during the evening on the A3 Anse-à-l'Orme Branch 🚝
Oh this video, we go for a REM train ride on the A3 Anse-à-l'Orme Branch with a stormy sky in the distance. This was my first REM ride filmed using my Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and first REM ride and video at night on the A3 Anse-à-l'Orme Branch. This video was filmed on Saturday, June 20, 2026 starting at 9:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time. Throughout the day, heavy rain and thunderstorms went through the Montreal region, specifically the West Island causing major flooding. The ride was from just after Bois-Franc Station to Kirkland Station. As you can see, there was some very dark skies in the distance as a storm hovered just off the West Island of Montreal into the province of Ontario. Thanks @Ulysworld for finding me the perfect frame of the video to use as a thumbnail! I was hoping for this video to be my first video of a thunderstorm during a REM train ride, but the most we got was a few distant lightning flashes. Either way, it was an interesting ride and a nice experience during the evening. I apologize for any noise in the background. It's hard to film a completely quiet REM ride. Thanks for watching!
