But really, how could this happen??? I need to improve! And here I am in Adjara! It's a very beautiful and distinctive region of Georgia, which deserves its own episode! In this episode, we'll take a journey through sunny Adjara – sampling masterpieces of Georgian cuisine like Adjarian khachapuri, kalakuri khinkali, and kharcho soup, as well as discovering dishes like gebzhalia and lobio!
