StarCraft BGH 3v3 #68 ~ Bio vs 3 Protoss

Hey guys, for this one I wanted to explain a little bit of why I open bio more than mech. I'm often asked why I don't mech vs multiple protoss, and I feel like this game is a good example. At a higher level on BGH, a protoss player will try to cannon in a terran. 3-4 cannons will prevent terran from being able to push out until they have tanks, whether they went vulture or bio. The difference is with bio, I can fight them tooth and nail the entire time they try to cannon, and then start tank tech behind it. If you open mech, the cannons are done before you have vulture, and if you skip straight to tank your team has to play without you for too long. You will see me constantly fighting with every marine as they come out, which makes it where A) Protoss is losing zealots and will have less to attack your team with and B) they can't just comfortably drop 3 cannons without having to do any sort of multitasking. The more you tax the enemy, the more likely your teammates can survive until you break out. This DOES transition weaker into late game than vulture/tank vs storm, but that's the power of bunkers, as well as being able to mass produce more quickly with marines.
