Day 17 - I Spent 30 Days Transforming My Garden

It's Day 17 of my 30-Day Garden Transformation Challenge! 🌳 For the next 30 days, I'm challenging myself to spend time in my garden every single day with one simple goal: leave it a little more beautiful than it was the day before. Instead of focusing on one big makeover, I'm embracing the idea that beautiful gardens are created through small, consistent acts of care. Every day I'll complete my daily garden routine, tackle one focused project, and share the journey with you. Today Sadie joined me in the garden again, and while she was busy weeding and spreading mulch, I tackled my focused task for the day: raising the canopy on a few of my specimen trees. One of the easiest ways to improve the look and feel of a garden is to limb up trees by removing a few of the lower branches. It opens up views, highlights the beautiful structure of the trunk, lets more light filter through, and makes the whole garden feel more spacious and inviting. It's amazing how just a little bit of thoughtful pruning can make such a dramatic difference. This challenge keeps reminding me that transforming a garden isn't always about big projects. Sometimes it's the small refinements that have the biggest impact, and today was a perfect example of that. I'd love for you to join me!
