New 2024 Jeep Avenger - Hybrid Crossover SUV Off Road Drive

Jeep has expanded its Avenger SUV lineup with the introduction of the Avenger e-Hybrid. The new variants join the all-electric and internal combustion engine versions. Unlike Jeep’s 4xe plug-in-hybrid models such as the Wrangler and Grand Cherokee Avenger e-Hybrid gets the addition of 48V mild-hybrid tech aimed at improving fuel efficiency and reducing emissions. The Avenger e-Hybrid features Stellantis’ latest mild-hybrid tech which is already used in the sibling Fiat 600 Hybrid as well as in other Citroen, and Opel models. The powertrain comprises a turbocharger 1.2-liter three-cylinder petrol engine, a 48-volt lithium-ion battery, and an electric motor integrated within the new 6-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox . the petrol engine produces 99 hp and 205 Nm of Torque while the electric motor makes 28 hp and 55 Nm torque.
