This garden is a true model of permaculture in an urban setting, where François passionately cultivates a wide variety of perennial vegetables. François shared with us the secrets of the ingenious layouts he has implemented to optimize space and promote biodiversity. One of the most fascinating aspects of this garden is its exemplary water management. François has developed clever techniques to collect, conserve, and use water sustainably, ensuring the resilience of his garden even in times of drought. We also discovered a multitude of perennial vegetables growing in this urban haven of peace. François explains the benefits of these robust, perennial plants, which not only reduce gardening work but also enrich the soil and promote biodiversity.
