Repairing a Generator That Doesn't Produce Power

A local subscriber picked up this Generac GP7500e knowing that it did not produce power. He was hoping for an easy fix, but quickly realized that there was a fault in the generator. Before declaring it a parts machine, lets see if we can find and repair the issue. I no longer use Harbor Freight Super Heavy Duty Degreaser in my ultrasonic cleaner. Harbor Freight changed the recipe. The bottle previously stated "NON-CORROSIVE". Now it says "CORROSIVE", "do not user on Aluminum". It now damages most carburetors.
