Some of the disputes are also pending in court. Meanwhile, on December 28, 2023, the other group has alleged that an idol of Kanifnath Maharaj was installed at that place before the police officers. In protest against this incident, a chain dharna has been started in front of the Rahuri Tehsil Office on behalf of the Muslim brothers of Guha. The installation of the idol installed at this place is illegal and some groups are doing such acts knowingly. Information about this was given to the District Collector many times. Even after bringing to the notice of the administration that there is a prohibitory order at this place and also while the said dispute was in the court, such illegal acts were committed. When the administrative officers were requested to prohibit the installation of the idol on behalf of the Muslim brothers, they also requested the administrative officers to get an order from the court and remove the idol. The officers replied that peace should be established in Guha village. Muslim citizens should be protected. Also, appropriate action should be taken against those who commit illegal acts. This is what the Muslim brothers have said in a press release. Also, the Muslim brothers took the stance that they will continue the agitation until the idol installed at this place is removed. A large number of women including Shaukatbhai Tamboli, Junaid Sheikh, Razzak Sheikh, Imran Sheikh, Kasam Sheikh, Karim Sheikh, Isaak Sheikh, Yunus Sheikh, Raju Sheikh, Sameer Sheikh, Ismail Sheikh etc. were present on the occasion.
