The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the deaths of four Palestinians and the injury of four others, three of whom are in critical condition, by Israeli occupation forces in the town of Tell, southwest of Nablus in the West Bank. Medical sources indicated that the death toll is likely to rise. The Israeli army reported the deaths of an officer who commanded an armored unit and a soldier from the Jerusalem Brigade. Israeli media outlets confirmed that three others were wounded in an initial count after a Palestinian opened fire on them near the village in the northern West Bank. The events took place near the village of Tell and the Havat Gilad settlement outpost, where the Palestinian village was attacked by heavily armed settlers.
