Finely chop 1 stalk green onion. 2. Dice half an onion into 3 pieces. 3. Cut half a block of tofu into small pieces. 4. Add the meat to a greased pan and stir-fry until golden brown. 5. Add the soybean paste and stir-fry with the meat. 6. Add the mirin and stir-fry, then add the beef bone broth. 7. Add all the prepared ingredients except the chives, add 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, and simmer over high heat for at least 10 minutes. 8. Add 1/2 tablespoon each of dasida and MSG. 9.
