FEB 2022-MINOR ISSUES WITH WEINOR SUNROOM

Our Weinor sunroom was installed in Sept/October 2020 and we have had minor several issues. 1) The transformer/control unit of the LED roof bar lights failed at 12 months 2) The electric motor for the vertical blind failed at 14-15 months. No issues whatsoever, I just think we were unfortunate. Item 1, has been replaced under warranty and is fine. Item 2, a claim has been made to Weinor by our local agent/supplier and we are now just waiting for a new electric motor. I believe that the warranty is for 12 months BUT the installer thought the electric motors may have a 2 year warranty, subject to confirmation . I couldn't find anything regarding this on the UK Weinor website. Great product and glad we had it installed. See below links to other videos I have made regarding our Weinor sunroom . So, the whole of the blind unit has been removed and taken to the workshop in order that it could be dried out, before the new motor is installed. Should be back with us at the end of the week.
