Can you play Dragons in Magic the gathering, Specifically in modern? Sure why not! This is budget mana ramp deck that is trying to play Dragons as it's win condition. I've put most of the best dragons in magic into this deck to make it win games. Now budget dragons are a bit susceptible to removal so the sideboard has a good amount of control in it so we can shift gears and defeat out opponent.
