Over the Windshield Panel Replacement With & Without Welding! Way Easier Than I Thought! In & Out!

Wanting to repair the outside panel above the windshield with no welding? How about the inside panel with minimal welding? I was challenged with thinning 60 year old materials that may or may not have stood up to the heat of welding without burning through or warping.
