Snorkelling Heaven | Guernsey | June 2023

More of a Guernsey snorkelling session than a spearfishing video... but only because a load of awesome footage somehow got corrupted as it was transferred from my GoPro! It's probably a good thing anyway, because in two sessions I missed FIVE fish! From the first session a lovely big bass, a gilt-head bream (showed in the video), then a mullet and from the second session two more bass - both absolute sitters. Anyway, despite the misses, these were two of my favourite sessions ever - I saw so much stunning sealife and the conditions were perfect. Missing fish is part of the sport and it is so good - because it's incedibly hard and you really have to earn each and every fish you take.
