Tell me in the comments! 👇 Ingredients: Biscoff cookie layers: • Lotus Biscoff cookies — 8.8 oz (250g) • Milk — about 3/4 cup (200ml), for dipping Chocolate cookie filling: • Milk chocolate — 5.3–7 oz (150–200g), melted • Butter — 3 1/2 tbsp (50g) • A splash of milk, if needed • Chopped Lotus Biscoff cookies Cream layer: • Heavy whipping cream 34–36% — about 1 cup (200–250ml), cold Steps: 1. Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap. 2. Quickly dip Biscoff cookies in milk and place them in the bottom of the pan. 3. Chop extra Biscoff cookies into medium pieces. 4. Melt milk chocolate with butter. 5. Add a splash of milk and mix until smooth. 6. Pour the chocolate mixture over the chopped cookies. 7. Mix until all cookie pieces are coated. 8. Spread the chocolate cookie mixture over the first cookie layer. 9. Whip cold heavy cream until thick. 10. Spread the cream over the chocolate layer. 11. Dip more Biscoff cookies in milk and place them on top. 12. Cover with plastic wrap. 13. Freeze for 2 hours. 14. Remove from the pan, slice, and enjoy.
