I Stopped Trying to Prove I’ve Changed

Tonight I spent time with my family and realized something: I was more focused on proving I had changed than simply being present. When you’ve made mistakes, lost time, damaged relationships, or gone through difficult seasons, it’s easy to feel like you need to perform. You feel pressure to show people you’re doing better, explain yourself, or convince them you’ve changed. But the people who truly love you usually don’t need a performance. They don’t need a presentation. They don’t need proof. They need your presence. In this episode, I talk about authenticity, relationships, being present, and why we often place expectations on people and relationships that were never meant to exist. Stop Performing. Start Becoming. #Authenticity #Relationships #PersonalGrowth #Mindset #SelfImprovement
