Clarke is getting ready to leave for Taylor’s funeral when Mark arrives and introduces himself to his father. When Brooke comes by to offer her condolences, Thomas is very short with her. Thomas then refuses to attend the service. Taking his cue from Tricia, Ridge agrees Thomas can stay behind. Jack bids his daughter a tearful good-bye, then is infuriated to see Brooke arrive with Ridge. Unbeknownst to the group, Thomas watches Jack ream Brooke for showing up at the funeral after all the pain she caused Taylor. Jack orders Brooke to leave.
