Montreal Advanced Arrow & Preemption Signal

I've decided to abandon the flashing yellow arrow sequence for now since the cabinet is wired a bit differently. I'll play around with that on a later date! In this setup, I've implemented the Montreal Advanced straight arrow for advanced walk. Basically, the green arrow is tied to phase 6 walk and the green ball is tied to phase 6 PED clear. All the PED clear or pedestrian yellow outputs seem to also be Overlaps 13-16 and load switches 9-12, respectively. Not much else has changed except that I've temporarily turned off the phase 1 advanced left for now and I've added a flashing yellow beacon that activates when I "test call" Preempt 3. It's supposed to emulate an emergency beacon and it's tied to the phase 8 pedestrian walk phase. That walk phase will never recall unless the preempt is made! Enjoy!
