This video shows in detail the manufacture of this rolling pin. To process a 1:20 taper, it was necessary to turn the upper part of the caliper by 1 ° 25´ 56 ", that is, with an accuracy of seconds. But it is impossible to set the slide with such accuracy, for such machines the reading scale has a division of 1 °.
