For storage, 7 430 ml canning jars, 7 cellophane. These went into the dry dunst, in which you have to keep them until they cool down completely, after which they can go into the pantry, pantry... I put the remaining cream in 2 smaller bottles with buckles, these goulash creams for daily use. Once a large bottle is opened, it should also be kept in the refrigerator. For the dishes currently being prepared, the salt must be calculated in such a way that the salt content of the cream must be taken into account, so be careful with the salt! If you used old bottles, it is worth buying new lids and caps!!
