Tapioca (Sago) Bora | Aysha's Food Diary

In this video I will be making Tapioca/Sago Bora. Leave a like and a comment with any questions or suggestions you may have. INGREDIENTS • 1 cup tapioca/sago • 1/2 cup ground sticky rice flour • 1/2 cup sugar • 1 cup shredded coconut • 500g ghee METHOD • Soak the tapioca in water for 30 minutes. • Dry roast the sticky rice flour on low heat for 5 minutes. • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well. • Heat the ghee in a pan. • Create flat bora or balls and fry for 2 minutes on medium heat. • Turn up the heat to medium for another 3 minutes. • Serve warm. ✓ I N S T A G R A M   / ayshasfooddiary   Hi I'm Aysha, thank you for watching.
