Day 14 of playing Infinitode until I get top 1 [Level 3.6, 1,816,810 Score]

This stage was actually quite fun. I will replay it gladly, though there are many things I'd do differently. Infinitode 2, Stage 3, Level 3.6, Score 1,816,810 Waves 257, top 17 at the time in score, top 21 in waves. This is the first of these runs where I didn't use overloads. This was definitely one big difference maker, and probably not in favor of this run. Maybe not with all ten, but I am sure you could survive with many, and you'd get more resources than loop would give you anyway, not to mention score. Pairing both might also be viable, if you could get a comfortable amount of resources, you could actually survive quite well in this stage. And yes, star research was slightly suboptimal, though it is in most of my runs. For this one, there's no need for the extra bounty mod. As I said at the start of the video, the explosion piercing might be better when using sniper ultimate, but I don't know how much it really changes. I will experiment. My research was also messed up sniper-wise, as I didn't have its range turned down, lowering its damage by about 1%. Not a massive difference, but optimally, you would want that. Finally, the tower placements: there are many options to try out in this stage. First of all, an extra sniper (with powerful) on the damage tile would be great. The crushers could be kept in the same spot, but I'd rethink the freezing/flamethrower position that was used. Perhaps two blasts and a flamethrower (it's necessary to slow down 🟩armored enemies!) and just use one freezing placed where the second sniper is in my run, and place that sniper in the place of the left freezing. Alternatively, sacrifice some of its range and place the freezing where the power mod was in the run, and have a power mod between the crushers, sniper and the freezing.
