BRITISH AIRWAYS A350-1000 World Traveller! 12 hours from London to Hong Kong

My first time on the World Traveller economy class product on British Airways' Airbus A350-1000 aircraft on the 12.5 hour flight from Heathrow to Hong Kong. Safe to say I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience compared to Cathay Pacific on the same route despite the recent drop off in service quality of the later.
