A tese que Naval, Hormozi, YC e Sequoia estão defendendo (e eu também)

In this video, I explain why info products and SaaS are becoming more difficult, why service businesses are entering a golden age with artificial intelligence, and how I am positioning my own businesses (agency + school + mentoring) in the face of this transformation. The thesis is simple: AI is solving the main problem of service businesses — the difficulty of scaling without losing quality. An employee who previously served one client can now serve five with the same standards, using AI in the process. Meanwhile, info products and subscription-based software are becoming more competitive, with increasingly lower barriers to entry and increasingly difficult differentiation. It's not just me saying this. Sequoia published that the next trillion-dollar company will be a service company with software behind it. Naval Ravikant said it will no longer invest in SaaS. Alex Hormozi reinforced the same thesis. Y Combinator included AI-native agencies among its bets for the year. In this video, I connect all of this with my real-world experience: 1,500+ students, R$400,000 in revenue from digital products in the last 5 months (100% organic), and a 7-month-old agency that already generates R$135,000 in MRR with 23 clients. I share how I'm evolving the school into a community model, why personalized mentoring has more future than recorded courses, and what I think will change in the market from now on.
