Growing ProCut Sunflowers for My Micro Flower Farm & Roadside Flower Stand | It Is Time To Plant!

Today we're planting out one of the crops I'm most excited about for this growing season, ProCut Sunflowers! 🌻 For the first time on my micro flower farm, I'm growing several colors from the ProCut series to bring even more variety to the bouquets at my roadside flower stand. We are starting with beautiful white sunflowers, followed by peach, yellow, classic orange, and then transitioning into plum and deep red varieties for the fall season. In this video, I'll show you how I plant my sunflowers just 4 to 5 inches apart to encourage the stem length and bloom size I'm looking for in fresh cut flower production. These unique colors are going to add something special to our wrapped bouquets and flower arrangements and I can't wait to see my customers' reactions when they discover that sunflowers come in so many shades beyond the traditional yellow!
