DISASTER - JOHN DEERE HARVESTER CAUGHT ON FIRE | Hof Bergmann | Farming Simulator 22 | Episode 30

Today we are at Hof Bergmann and we have to harvest the corn field that was left. We started by jumping into John Deere Gator and inspecting the last cornfield. When that was done we parked the John Deere Gator back into the garage and then we went to the second yard and jumped into the John Deere T560 harvester. We detached the front shield from the harvested and we attached the John Deere 608C corn header. Then we drove the harvester to the last cornfield where we parked it and then we went back to the second yard to get the tractor and trailer. We jumped into John Deere 6195M and we attached Annaburger HTS 20.12 trailer on the back. Then we drove the tractor and trailer to the field and parked them. After we got everything that we needed for the harvest, we jumped into the harvester and unfolded it. Then we set up the GPS and started harvesting headlands. We did two headlands and we unloaded harvested corn into the trailer. When the headlands were done we switched to the ups and downs. Halfway through the field, we decided to go and get the tractor and trailer to unload the corn. Then the disaster struck and the combine caught on fire. We tried using the fire extinguisher from the front weight of the tractor but that didn't do much. So we called firefighters and we went back to the farm as fast as possible to get the water tanker. We jumped into John Deere 6930 Premium and attached the water tanker and headed to the field. The firefighters already came with two vehicles to the field and started putting the fire out. We brought the water tanker to the field and backed it up to the fire truck so firefighters can use the water. Then we inspected the harvester and it wasn't looking good for the harvester. After that was done we went and got another load of water in the water tanker and the firefighters just kept trying to put the fire out. When the fire was under control they suggested that we should cultivate the field around the harvester. So we went and got the John Deere 6195M and cultivator and we did that. Then they got the fire put out but they were stuck in the field because all the water created slipperily mud. So we used tractors with chain to pull them out and then they went back to the station. When that was done we removed the header and harvester from the field.
