BAM’s Parent Company Question Just Got Bigger In Episode 1 of The BAM Files, Echo Base Network asked a major question surrounding Bricks & Minifigs / BAM Franchising: who is really in charge? In this BAM Files Special Report, we examine a new name in the investigation: Teulu Legosy LLC. Records reviewed by EBN connect Teulu Legosy LLC to Reed Brimhall and the same Boise address listed in BAM’s 2026 Franchise Disclosure Document for the Boise Bricks & Minifigs location. A former Boise store manager, Taveya Marconi, also told EBN that Teulu Legosy owned the store, wrote her paychecks, and ran the operation. After the interview, she provided EBN with a January 2025 check from Teulu Legosy LLC listing that same Fairview Avenue address. This report does not claim Teulu Legosy LLC is proven to be BAM Franchising’s parent company. Instead, we examine why BAM’s FDD references “the Franchisor’s Parent”, what Teulu Legosy’s connection to the Boise store appears to be, and what questions BAM still needs to answer.
