Hopefully it won't be my last as I broke a bone in my foot a few days after this video was taken, while doing another trail in Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico. The morning was perfect for running along the waterfront. Great for training for that next run or trail experience. A Virtual Video is a great way to see some new virtual scenery while working out on that treadmill or exercise bike. Working out at the gym can be tedious at times, and I found that being able to be distracted by viewing new places and trails, when I am not able to actually get away, is much more entertaining than watching either TVs or workout screens, and makes the time go much faster. https://nationalparkstrails.com/presi...
