Onions golden brown hone tak fry karein. Ginger garlic paste add karke 1 minute bhunein. Mutton add karein aur 8-10 minutes achi tarah bhunein. Salt, haldi, lal mirch, dhania aur zeera powder add karein. Tomatoes add karke soft hone tak cook karein. Yogurt add karein aur oil separate hone tak bhunein. 1–1½ cup pani add karein aur mutton tender hone tak dum par pakaein. Jab gosht gal jaye to high flame par 5-7 minutes aur bhunein.
