Ingredients :- 1 cup sugar. 3 cup wheat flour. 3 cup water. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 cup ghee mix all ingredients except ghee in a bowl. keep it aside for 6 to 8 hours. Then take a tavi(flat bottom heavy iron pan). Put it on flame and add ghee in it. Then put batter in a ghee with the help of serving spoon. Turn upside town. Sauté it till it is golden brown in color. Kali roti will be ready. हरियाली अमावस्या स्पेशल काली रोटी .
